2 Our Services

School Advisors provides professional consultancy services for educators and entrepreneurs in India, including but not limited to:

The scope of services for each client is defined through mutual agreement at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3 Consultation & Bookings

• Free consultation: The initial consultation call is offered at no charge. This is a discovery session to understand your needs.
• Booking confirmation: A consultation slot is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or message from our team.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone.
• No-show policy: If you miss a confirmed session without prior notice, we may require rebooking at our discretion.
• Availability: Consultation slots are subject to availability and served on a first-come, first-served basis.

4 Fees & Payment

• Fees for paid services are communicated clearly before engagement begins. No charges are applied without your explicit consent.
• Payment terms, installment plans, and accepted payment methods will be agreed upon individually for each client engagement.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Refund Policy: Fees paid for completed consultation sessions or delivered services are non-refundable. Refund eligibility for future service portions, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5 Confidentiality

Both parties (School Advisors and the client) agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the consultancy engagement.

• We will not disclose your business plans, financial information, or strategic data to any third party without your consent.
• Client success stories or case studies will only be shared publicly with your explicit written approval.
• This confidentiality obligation continues even after our engagement ends.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — is the property of School Advisors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
• Consultancy frameworks, templates, and materials we create for you during engagement become jointly owned, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You retain full ownership of your school brand, name, and logo once finalized and paid for.

7 Limitation of Liability

School Advisors provides consultancy guidance based on experience and best practices. However:

• We do not guarantee specific admission numbers, revenue outcomes, or regulatory approvals, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
• Our liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or reliance on our advice.
• Compliance with local government regulations, licensing, and legal requirements for operating a school remains the sole responsibility of the client.

8 Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form

9 Governing Law & Disputes
